Villa 1
Tranquil Retreat Villa 1 is positioned slightly lower on the property, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. It is designed to face forward, providing a beautiful view of the sea and the front garden. While Villa 1 does not have direct views of the pool, guests have easy access to the shared pool area. The common terraces face pool, but the private terraces of individual rooms offer their own secluded ambiance.
Villa 2
Elevated Escape Situated on a slightly higher level, Villa 2 enjoys stunning panoramic views. Overlooking the shared pool, Villa 1, and the distant Ionian Sea, this villa offers a breathtaking perspective of the surrounding landscape. Guests can relax on the terraces and take in the beauty of the sea while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the courtyard.

Perfect, nothing is missing. Even beer is available to you in the fridge for arrival Everything is there to have a good holiday 500 m from the center with bar restaurant and supermarket and Dassia beach 200 m away + moreover the little cafe at the bottom of the street is nice and very good coffee obsolete the previous comments.

Concerning the climb to the hotel. It is well lit at night, the climb to the residence is very easy. Small well-equipped apartment in a quiet area with air conditioning and a view of the bay of Dassia facing Albania Super pleasant swimming pool fully equipped with deckchairs to spend a good day.
